First I'll address some reviews
First I'll address some reviews. The warranty is to the original purchaser who has registered the unit. The rubber plugs are easily replaced with items available cheaply at hardware stores or Amazon or eBay. Or use a flap of leather to protect the ports. Don't keep sending seperate emails to support. Reply to the response or the survey email. They have always responded to my requests. If you don't agree with the response they give further instructions. Next, Why would anyone expect Jackery to answer questions about anything other then their products? If you want to use other solar panels then ensure they can accept the Jackery input plug. You wouldn't ask apple about your android phone. I have a 240 and 300. A Jackery bolt and now a 1000 pro. All have been fantastic. I have used other power packs none have given the performance of the Jackeries.
I returned a generator to Jackary over…
I returned a generator to Jackary over 30-days ago. They have promised a refund, now refuse.
A 3-year product
A 3-year product. Use it for three years (or every day for a year) and the batteries are shot. Nothing's replaceable; no parts are available. You're done.
My Honda gasoline generators are 18 years old.
Make sure you know what you're buying for those $1000 !

Great product, really poor support....
Here's the thing with Jackery - Great product but boy does their support network suck!
If you pitch yourself as a premium product then that product is only as good as the support behind it, and in Jackery's case, that rubbish.
Ive lost count at the number of emails I've sent them asking the same questions with no response. I've dug a little deeper and found other Jackery related emails, but those too were ignored.
Jackery's customer service response is quite evident by the lack of it when you scroll down through our reviews.
Get your finger out Jackery!!
Zero stars
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
Update now over a month later!!
I am still left with unusable faulty goods. These abhorrent criminals are still refusing to collect their shoody goods. Still refusing to send a courier with a prepaid label ON TOP of their shockingly bad service. I am beyond disgusted.
Zero stars. Run from this abhorrent corrupt organisation.
I placed an order for almost £1300.
1 solar panel - arrived not working.
1 Explorer 500 - arrived not working, not new and with no instruction manual.
2 Explorer 240's.
I contacted them to be fobbed off, offered a 10% discount to keep used and faulty goods that don't turn on. Then offered a dodgy refurbished product as some sort of alternative. WHAT!!!
These cowboys are now ignoring me and refusing to send a courier with pre paid label to the address they delivered to. I have had to report to trading standards, and contact my bank.
Avoid like the plague. Criminal organisation.

Went onto Jackery website and wanted to…
Went onto Jackery website and wanted to see the total for a Jackery 1000 with discount code. The site automatically charge my card on file from previous purchase. Cancelled immediately and sent email from order. Never heard back till the next eeek and customer service said it was already shipped. One representative said it would be delivered, then another said it was returned to the warehouse. The customer service has no clue to what’s going on. They still have not reversed charges. I had to call my credit card company to help resolve their incompetence. Never will I buy another product from Jackery because of the customer service. It’s been over two weeks and nothing!

Did not receive my order
Did not receive my order, weeks and weeks multiple emails etc. No call back. Worst company I have ever worked with. I do not recommend them for anything.

What a coincident that they cancel my…
What a coincident that they cancel my order after receiving a payment via credit card - "detecting high fraud risk".
Seems to happen very often that companies don't deliver "discounted" orders with the offer to buy in a different store without the discount. But as I said I am sure this is just an unfortunate coincidence.
Jackery won't stand behind their products - Avoid
I purchased a Jackery Explorer 1000 with 2 100 watt soar panels (they come as a packaged set) directly from Jackery. The unit worked fine the one weekend we used it (I haven't tried the solar panels yet but I will this weekend and pray they're ok).
I had a minor issue with the little rubber plug that covers the DC output (like your car's cigarette lighter) becoming detached while moving the unit from the car to the tent site. The little rubber "tail" attaching it to the unit failed and when rubbed on something the cap fell off and was lost.
No biggie, I said, I'll ask them to send a new one.
Nope. They don't have parts to send to replace broken or missing pieces. Sorry, too bad. Thanks for the $1600 USD for a product that we're obviously not willing to stand behind.
It's a little thing, but it shows where they stand (not behind their products). I'll never buy a Jackery product again, and will steer all my friends and family away from them.
If they won't send me a 50 cent part for me to do my own repair (glue the little tail into the hole), what will happen when it won't charge or output power?
Just sad.
Do not bother with the company at all
Do not bother with the company at all, they leave you stranded, and neglected without power for weeks.
My kit broke within 2 months of use, with a 3 year warranty. And took a month to come to a solution.

I have bought a Jackery solar panel and batter - appalling customer service
I have bought a Jackery battery and solar panel. The solar panel died within less than a year and is still under warranty. After contacting Jackery and providing all information and a video of the solar panel not charging the battery and the socket not working after some back and forth they emailed the UK supplier would get back! No UK phone number no email, no shipping label for the defect program, no offer for a refund. Very disappointing.

Horsesh*t service
Haven't even gotten the unit and I'm over it. Customer service is utterly useless. They don't answer their phones, tell you to text, then take their damn time responding. Emails might get a single cursory answer, but good luck getting an answer to a follow up question. I hear the battery is quality, but I'm going to cancel the order because Jackery has been so awful to deal with leading up to a sale.

bad bad bad bad bad
1st impression excellent. Then. I encountered the terrible after sales from Jackery. I simply asked what solar panel to mount on my van roof to power it. They hammered their cardboard solar panel which doesn't appear fit for purpose mounting on a van roof. They have been completely unhelpful and uninterested it makes me wonder how they can survive. I would strongly advise against buying from Jackery this is definitely the worst company I have encountered in terms of product being fit for purpose and after sales.

Be careful where you buy them from!
Jackery are great units but be careful where you purchase it from in the UK - there are many dodgy fake Jackery Power Stations mainly from Ebay sellers.
Jackery Amazon store and Hampshire Generators seem to be the only legitimate places in the UK to purchase from with genuine products and warranty support. I ordered a cheap Explorer 1000 from Ebay and no support at all - the guys Hampshire Generators helped me out though so kudos to them.

Jackery power stations - lifesavers in power outages
Jackery power stations have helped me through multiple power outages -- including one in summer 2020 that lasted a week. They are also great for use of tech devices, lights, etc. while camping. I also have the solar panel, but the 500 can charge from your car. Well designed, amazing product. Expensive, but worth it.
